My First Cooking Experiment with Indian Curry

I decided to try making Indian curry from scratch. Gathering spices like cumin, coriander, and turmeric, I sautéed onions, garlic, and ginger before adding the spices and chicken. The aroma filled the kitchen as the curry simmered. The result was a flavorful and spicy dish that I served with basmati rice. Cooking Indian curry was a delicious adventure that introduced me to the rich and diverse world of Indian cuisine.
